Outside my window... it is fine for now but looks like it will be raining before the day is over. One of those days when the weather just isn't quite sure what it should be doing.
I am thinking... about how many obstacles have presented themselves with Daryl planning for sitting his exam in June. Unbelievable.
I am thankful for... the emergency fund we have started as we have had to put it to use a lot sooner than expected. Very grateful we have it at the present time.
From the kitchen... dinner tonight will be chicken sausages with mashed potato, broccoli and beans.
I am wearing... a pale blue t-shirt with a floral motif, jeans and socks and slippers.
I am reading... Fame by Karen Kingsbury.
I am hoping... to be able to do some baking with Kyle. Looks like the rain could be set in tomorrow so could be an ideal day to spend indoors doing some baking together.
I am creating... a weekly menu planner to be put on the front of our fridge each week so that everyone will know what is planned for dinner that night.
I am praying... thanking God for his presence in our life and look forward to the next part of our journey where ever that may take us and what ever may be in store for us.
Around the house... I really need to get the ironing up to date. Amazing how quickly it seems to multiply if you don't iron regularly.
One of my favorite things... the way Kyle runs out of bed each morning to give me a big hug and cuddle. A great way to start the day.
A few plans for the rest of the week... don't really have any plans at the present time. Will just go with the flow this week and deal with things as they happen. The teachers are striking tomorrow so Zac will be happy to have a day off school.
Here is a picture thought I am sharing with you...

QUOTE OF THE DAY -
Truth is always exciting.
Speak it, then. Life is boring without it.
