Tempt My Tummy Tuesdays - Mix All Together Chocolate Cake

MIX ALL TOGETHER CHOCOLATE CAKE
1 cup self-raising flour, sifted
3 rounded tablespoons cocoa, sifted
1 cup caster sugar
3 rounded tablespoons butter
1/3 cup milk
2 eggs
Place all ingredients in a mixer bowl and mix on medium speed for approximately 3 - 4 minutes.
Pour mixture into a greased and floured cake tin.
Bake at 180 C for approximately 40 - 45 minutes.

The cooking time will depend on the cake tin used. This mixure can also be made into chocolate cup cakes. You can also double the recipe.

I had hoped to be able to ice this cake and take a photo when my OH and son made it this afternoon but it didn't last long enough out of the oven before they devoured it.

This is an easy quiche recipe which uses one cup ingredients and all mixed together in the one bowl. A great recipe to eat either hot or cold. You can add what ever ingredients you have on hand. Ideal for using those left overs you might have lurking in the fridge.
ONE CUP QUICHE
1 cup grated cheese
1 cup diced bacon
1 cup milk
1 cup self-raising flour
1 small onion, finely diced
5 eggs
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tomato, finely sliced
Combine the cheese, bacon, milk, flour, onion and eggs in a large bowl.
Mix all ingredients together until well combined, then season with salt and pepper.
Place a 24cm ovenproof flan/quiche dish on an oven tray. Pour mixture into dish and decorate top with tomato slices.
Bake at 180C for about 50 minutes, or until top in golden and mixture is set in centre.
Cut quiche into wedges and serve with salad of your choice.

Ham & Chesse Muffins
Makes 12.
250 gms grated cheese
2 cups self raising flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup chopped ham slices
Sift flour and make a well in the middle, pour in milk, cheese and two thirds of the chopped ham. Mix until combined. Spoon into 12 large muffin tins and place a little of the remaining chopped ham on top of each one. Bake at 180C for 25 minutes until tops are golden brown.
These muffins can be frozen.
